• 2.1 Identity & Contact: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth.
• 2.2 Verification: ID documents or proof of address (where required for identity verification).
• 2.3 Location: Real-time GPS location (if enabled) and task pin locations.
• 2.4 Content: Messages sent between users, task photos, reviews, and ratings.
• 2.5 Usage & Technical: Device identifiers, IP addresses, logic logs, and security data to prevent fraud.

3) HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• 3.1 Marketplace Operations: Matching Customers with Fulfillers, facilitating task completion, and managing user accounts.
• 3.2 Security & Verification: Verifying user identity, preventing fraudulent accounts, and enforcing safety.
• 3.3 Payments: Transmitting transaction parameters to authorized third-party payment service providers.
• 3.4 Legal & Safety: Complying with statutory tax reporting, AML, and regulatory obligations.

4) DATA SHARING & TRANSFERS

• 4.1 With Other Users: Task details, first name, and general location are visible to facilitate matches. Contact details are disclosed only after task acceptance.
• 4.2 Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment gateway, verification, and mapping service providers under strict data processing agreements.
• 4.3 Legal Compliance: We will disclose data to competent authorities if required by law or to protect user safety.

5) DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to satisfy statutory tax, legal, and accounting obligations (typically 6–7 years).
